1. Drive through 30 kilometers of scenic snaking roads to the top of Jebel Jais Mountains.
2. Report to the welcome center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ride.
3. Park your vehicle in the designated Zipline parking area and confirm your reservation details at the information center.
4. Download the map, directions, and instructions before proceeding.
5. Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit the ticket price as per terms and conditions.
