6.1. Ethical Explorer Travel acts as an intermediary for suppliers (hotels, transport, tour operators) and is not liable for their actions, errors, or omissions.
6.2. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
6.3. Travelers participate in activities at their own risk, and it is recommended to have travel insurance.

7. Conduct and Behavior
7.1. Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, fellow travelers, and local communities.
7.2. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others.
